Iroquois White Corn Pairing Fundraiser

Enjoy a four course, Iroquois White Corn inspired pairing dinner uniquely created by Rafael Guevara, the owner of Rio Tomatlan. Each course will be paired with wine from award winning Heron Hill Winery.

This delicious pairing dinner is a fundraiser for Friends of Ganondagan, a not for profit educational organization that honors and promotes Seneca and Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) history and culture.

The dinner menu features:

• Pozole Verde paired with a 2014 Heron Hill Dry Riesling
• Halibut Chimole on a gordita with goat milk kefir paired with a 2015 Reserve Unoaked Chardonnay
• Tacos Pibil with pineapple pico paired with a 2014 Heron Hill Cabernet Franc
• Tamales de Dulce paired with a 2013 Heron Hill Riesling Ice Wine
