An Investor Deck is a critical tool for every life sciences organization to showcase their value to prospective investors, and in this interactive session, we invite an expert panel from Alira Health to talk through critical deck components and discuss how to engage, invest, and maximize value and different inflection points of your growth. The panel will include insights from a regulatory, clinical, strategic, and investor perspective, and will provide you with information and ideas for maximizing value and every stage of your development.
- How has a definition of value changed for life-sciences VCs over the last 5-6 years? What do they expect the inventors to know more as compared to what is expected?
- How important is it to have an early assessment of the regulatory strategy for innovation? From an investor perspective, why is this critical? Will, an independent regulatory assessment suffice or having feedback from the FDA is essential?
- Why having an initial clinical plan critical for investors? Do they expect to see a detailed synopsis or are they looking for clarity in the mind of innovators to understand the unmet clinical need? How critical is to have a clinician on board of the innovation? How can I justify having a costly resource staffed on my innovation?
- Is it critical to understand the market, and if yes, to what extent? Why an independent assessment rather than published market reports can add value?
- How can I streamline my activities so that I can efficiently target regulatory, clinical and strategic topics? What does this reflect about me and my innovation in front of the prospective investors?
- How do I prioritize my funds for investment in these activities? I am always a deficit of the resources when I start a business or an innovation. What are the avenues available for me?
