Invest Atlanta Homebuyer Incentives Q & A Sessions occur on the second Wednesday and last Thursday every month*, (January through November) at Invest Atlanta. Our office on the 29th floor of the Georgia-Pacific Center Building, located at 133 Peachtree Stree NE, Suite 2900, Atlanta, GA 30303.

During the first 90 minutes of the Q & A Session future homebuyers and real estate agents receive program details and eligibility requirements for Invest Atlanta Homebuyer Incentives. These incentives are designed to reduce your down payment and closing costs. 

The remaining 30 minutes are devoted to questions from homebuyer and answers from Invest Atlanta Homeownership Team members and mortgage lending partners.

Parking is available parking garage adjacent to Georgia Pacific building, located between Ellis St NE (north) & John Wesley Dobbs Ave NE (south), Courtland St NE (east) and Peachtree Center Ave NE (west). Enter garage from John Wesley Dobbs, Ellis or Courtland. Take garage elevator to 4th floor, walk across walkway into office building. Check in at the security desk to gain access to the office elevators. Take elevator from third elevator bank on your left, to 29th floor.  Please note, we cannot validate parking tickets.
