What is Intuitive Coloring?

Intuitive Coloring is 50 minutes of fun where we play music, color with chalk pastels, and reconnect to our true nature. 

You don’t have to be talented, or an artist, or even good at drawing. All that is required is a desire to relax, de-stress, color and play. 

Why Intuitive Coloring?

You will learn how to hear your intuition. You can discover your passion, trust it and become fearless in finding ways to follow it.

You can dial down your inner critic, while turning up self-confidence and self-acceptance. 

Intuitive coloring was invented specifically to decrease self-criticism.
It quiets the ‘monkey mind’ (the constant chatter in your brain). For 50 blissful minutes you’ll stop obsessing over that mental to do list. 

How Intuitive Coloring Works

Emotions contain stored energy. One of the best ways to put that energy to good use is through creativity. Creativity is turning feelings into spontaneous action. This action leads to change.  Intuitive Coloring transforms complex negative emotions into the good energy we all have stored inside.

All emotions can become a source for creative expression. Channeling that stored energy into coloring brings us to a healthy state of spirit where we can love ourselves without effort.

Intuitive Coloring creates a safe space for creating without self-criticism. It restores us to a balanced and harmonious state of mind.

Come as you are and express yourself on paper. You’ll be told what to color and how. All the materials are provided. You will see how easy and fun it is to stop thinking and start playing. 

Chalk pastels can get a little messy, and are easily washed off. But if you are concerned, simply dress accordingly, or bring an apron/smock to protect your clothing.
