Ready to Explore Foundation Training* for beginners? This workshop is a hands-on exploration of Foundation Training principles and exercises. You will learn how Foundation Training works in your own body and leave with the confidence to apply these simple, yet challenging postures to your daily life or join my weekly Foundation Training classes. Participants receive a set of Foundation Training flash cards to enhance personal understanding of the class content. 

All ages, genders and fitness levels welcome! 

$30 covers Saturday's workshop and your first weekly class.

**Please bring water and a yoga mat**

Weekly Class Offerings:
Tuesdays 7:00am to 8:00am at Jeffrey Bihr Studio, 5390 Miles Avenue, Oakland
Wednesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Jeffrey Bihr Studio, 5390 Miles Avenue, Oakland
