Experience the power of mindfulness meditation for less stress, more peace, and clarity of mind. In this 4-week course, you will learn valuable skills and meditation practices to awaken awareness and compassion in your life. From beginners to more seasoned practitioners, all experience levels are welcome.

Four-week course* taking place Saturdays at 11:00 am:

  • Class 1: April 4, 2020 - Why Meditate? Mindfulness of Breath and Body 
  • Class 2: April 11, 2020 - Be Right Where You Are
  • Class 3: April 18, 2020 - Our Storytelling Minds
  • Class 4: April 25, 2020 - Cultivating Kindness

*It's preferred that you attend all four weeks, but if you miss a class, you'll be able to pick up where you left off.
