Meditation is a simple, easy to learn technique for finding peace, contentment, focus, concentration and overall happiness.  

This modern life of ours is tough.  Everyone is challenged to try to find any kind of balance with so many competing forces - work, family, school, social media, finance, health, and just life in general.  Meditation has been practiced for centuries as the tool that gives you that balance in the face of everything.

St Peter's Episcopal Church in Morristown, NJ in cooperation with Justyn Comer of RWM Education, Inc. are delighted to be offering a new twelve week series as a thorough introduction to the subject.

Each week we will be doing some meditation, exploring different techniques, and discussing different aspects of how and why you should practice.

All are welcome.  There is no charge.  Classes start promptly at 7:30pm and finish by 9pm.  Please try to arrive early.
