Did you know that baby sign language is the use of manual signing allowing infants and toddlers to communicate emotions, desires, and objects prior to spoken language development? With guidance and encouragement, signing develops from a natural stage in infants development known as a gesture.
At the Infant and Toddler Cottage and the Franklin Farm KinderCare Campus, all of our classrooms use sign language to communicate to all of our infants, toddlers and two-year-olds. It is simple and we would love to teach you!
This event is for soon to be parents and for families with children under the age of 3.
This event is free and we hope to see you here on Thursday June 21st at 10:30am.
If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Lara at 571-599-1791.
