Our most popular class and the best wine fundamentals class out there!

ULTIMATE INTRO TO WINE: "WINESPEAK"
Presented by Certified Sommelier Jason Kallsen

The fundamentals of wine knowledge intimidate many, for we are talking about a subjective subject (smell and taste) while at the same time trying to understand why many give it a numerical score (90 points! Ah! Hedonistic fruit bomb!).

Between varietals, regions, countries, aromas, flavors, and about a million different opinions out there, it's no wonder many see the world of wine as a tornado of confusion.

No more! Come to the Winespeak class, presented by Jason Kallsen. It is here that you will learn there is no single best 'tasting system' out there. Instead, you will learn how YOU taste and perceive wine, and how an understanding of wine can be influenced to a great degree on the context in which you have it (including a discussion on food and wine pairings).

The core of the class is tasting through six wines while deciphering the key terms that wine professionals use to discuss wine. By learning these nine words and the way they are used in the wine world, you can then describe any wine from anywhere in the world, for the rest of your life!

This is the best wine class available to help you learn about this complex subject in a fun, entertaining, and unforgettable way. And, you will never again be nervous when somebody hands you a glass of wine and asks "So what do you think of that?"
