In vedic times, Ayurvedic massage and healing was learned and performed almost daily in every household to maintain vibrant health and to address specific pathologies. In modern times it seems we have lost touch with our natural inherent healing ability.  In this workshop you will get a taste for how Marma and Ayurveda can heal and energize the human body.  We will reconnect to our innate healing gifts through guided practices and leave feeling confident to integrate them into our life through our already existing profession or sharing with our loved ones. We will be in an open room setting with treatment mats lined up next to one another on the floor.  In addition to having group discussions, we will be guided to apply and exchange each technique.
