Intro to Human Centered Design

Calling all afterschool providers looking to shake up their approach to program design! Dr. Lisa Abel-Palmieri, CEO of the Boys and Girls Clubs of SWPA will lead this introduction to the concept of Human Centered Design. Human Centered design is a framework that develops solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem-solving process. This interactive workshop will apply this concept to the development of youth serving programs. You will leave this workshop with new strategies for thinking through program design. Space is limited.
