What you’ll learn:

To experience Scrum, it is important to deliver a product, work together as a team, and do several iterations.

In this class, we will simulate this, the attendees will build a city with Lego bricks. There will be user stories, planning sessions, sprints, review sessions, retrospectives, etc. We will understand Agile and Scrum through hands on activities and experience why Scrum is so powerful for delivering complex products to market sooner.

Goals:

The idea of LEGO Scrum City is to teach individuals about the Agile Mindset, the scrum ceremonies, and roles. The students will get hands on experience of the iterative and incremental process of delivering to market.
