The goal of this course is to help students brush up on their grammar, reading, and writing skills to prepare for their upcoming 6th-grade English classes. Students will work on their command of mechanics and ability to produce longer pieces of writing. They will also focus on being able to pull main ideas out of a piece of reading including the 5Ws. Students can expect to get a lot of practice and have fun brushing up on their skills before the start of 6th grade!
