Intermediate Level Hand2Hand & Foot2Hand Acrobatic Class

Join Cosmic Fit Club co-founder Maxwell Klein for an intermediate level drills focused low foot2hand and hand2hand to standing foot2hand and hand2hand class. This regular weekly class is structured to enable students to refine their understanding and practice proper grip, conditioning and efficient interconnected movement in these two essential acrobalancing skills. A solid static foot2hand and hand2hand are the building blocks for more dynamic and advanced acrobatic moves.
No partner required. The last 30 minutes of the class will include standing foot2hand and hand2hand practice at each person's level with the use of spotting belts as appropriate.
