Integral Yoga means the synthesis of 6 classical branches of yoga:
Hatha, Raja, Japa, Karma, Bhakti and Jnana Yoga.
In this class we will focus most on Hatha Yoga – the path of postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation, while touching upon the other yogic paths in order to provide ourselves a holistic and integrated practice.
Come move and learn. This class is level 1 and 2.
