VASS and Education Elements are hosting the Instructional Leadership Academy: Equity as lens for decision making and advancing personalized learning.
The Instructional Leadership Academy is a one-day event of professional development, designed for district leaders at all stages of their personalized learning implementation. For district leaders preparing to start their journey, the academy will give them clarity on priorities and approach. For district leaders who are in the midst of the process, the academy will provide guidance around what to do next and why.
We believe that in order to create more responsive classrooms that foster ownership over learning, we must model and support all learners to be innovators themselves.
