Inheritance Investments is a school founded by Enith Plummer, MBA. Enith has 25 years of real estate investing and property management experience in Fairfield County, CT. She is a member of CTRIA (CT Real Estate Investors Association) and currently works as a Property Manager.  These classes will prepare people to build generational weath through residential and commercial real estate investing. We will learn the importance of location, rents and purchasing formulas, the three types of real estate investing, resolving tenant conflicts, direct seller purchase, the use/nonuse  of agents and lawyers, locating forclosures, running assisted living properties, and so much more.  We will monitor our students straight through their first, second, even third purchase, actually as long as theyd like. There is a 6 month committment. Lets break the cycle of poverty by becoming successful real estate investors. Most millionaires portfolios consist of many real estate deals and properties. Why shouldnt ours? Proverbs 14:22 says A good man leaves an inheritence for his childrens children; but the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous. Lets leave an inheritence as the bible commanded by investing in and creating passive income through something that will always make money, real estate.
