Infant/child CPR, choking relief for Expectant/New Parents@Prenatal Fit Gym, Chicago (Lincoln Park)

 Would you know what to do for a choking or water emergency? The Amerian Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all parents learn CPR. This fun class designed especially for Prenatal Fit clients, focuses on infant and child CPR, Choking, and AED use but also covers the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR for adults.  This class is especially geared for parents and follows the American Heart Association guidelines. Our CPR Instructors are nurses, firefighters, and paramedics - we are skilled in the safety challenges that new parents face.   This is NOT a certification course. Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to remove your shoes in the yoga studio.
