Infant Massage and Play!

Learn to have a greater connection with your baby through Infant Massage and Play!

During this 4-week series, you will learn beneficial massage techniques to promote better sleep and relieve teething and digestive discomfort. In addition to the massage, you will receive child development information and activities to enhance your baby’s cognitive, social-emotional, language and motor skills. Great for babies from birth to 12 months!

Dads and grandparents are welcomed to participate.

Class Includes:

-Two bottles of massage oil

-Folder with massage handouts and child development information

-Activities you can do with your baby to help strengthen your baby's social-emotional, cognitive, language and fine and gross motor skills.
