Infant Massage-5 Week Series
The Joy of Infant Massage
**Space is limited**
Learn to calm and soothe your baby through nurturing touch.
Babies who are massaged may sleep deeper and longer, spend more time active and alert for learning, increase bonding and attachment to their parents, and improve elimination.
We will learn adapted yoga poses and strokes for colic as well.
**Great gift for new parents**
Who: Babies (0-12 months) with their parent(s) or primary caregiver(s)
When: January 11, 18, 25 and February 01 and 08, 2020. (attendance at all five dates is required for the complete education and experience of all massage strokes).
