Please join us Monday the 18th as we host Josep Raventós, Assistant Winemaker of Raventós i Blanc at our tasting bar. Josep will pour three sparkling and two white wines from Catalonia, Spain including their: Blanc de Blanc, de Nit Rosé, Textures de Pedra Blanc de Negres, Silencis Xarel-lo, and Xarel-lo de la Vinya del Noguer Alt.
Josep comes from a historical winemaking family who has produced wine since 1497. Their philosophy is to have as little human intervention as possible in the vineyards and in the winery. The Raventós estate is 100% biodynamic, every grape is handpicked, and horses are used to till the vineyards. Come and go as you please between the hours of 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm to enjoy a glass and learn what makes the Raventós wines woderfully unique.
