About Income-Outcome: Finance for Entrepreneurs

Income-Outcome: Finance for Entrepreneurs is a one-day business acumen simulation. It is a fast-paced game that allows allow participants to learn how to run and manage a business by playing a game. You will learn Business basics like what’s on a balance sheet and income statement. How set budgets, prices, manage cash flow while competing for business. You will also learn what improvements can you make in your business to increase sales, reduce costs, manage inventory and more.

Some say Income-Outcome this is a one-day MBA. You will be able to make better business decisions after participating in this one-day interactive simulation.

Agenda

Module 1— Setting Up Your Business (90 Minutes)
How businesses are set up and things to consider when setting up a business. In the simulation we will set up for to six business to compete in the same market.  

Module 2— Team Competition (4 hours)
Compete in the market with other businesses to win orders. we will run four business cycles and learn - How to Price your products, how to set Budgets or Forecasts, and how to manage Cash Flow.    

Module 3 - Ratio analysis — (60 Minutes)
Understand the key business ratios and how can you use them in your real business.        

Module 4 - Analysis of Your Company (60 minutes)
Bring your financial statements to the workshop and build an action plan to improve the business performance of your company.
