A child’s brain is 90% developed by the age of 5 years old. Experiencing adversity early in life can interrupt normal brain development and can have a lifelong effects, such as depression, anxiety, addictions, or other mental illnesses. Join Hively CEO, Kelly O’Lague Dulka, MSW, to learn the impact of adversity on a child’s lifelong heath, and how we as caregivers can support them. PART 1. April 1st, 6.30pm – 8.30pm The Impact of Adversity on Lifelong Health PART 2. April 15th, 6.30pm – 8.30pm Peer Learning and Coaching Session Those that registered are highly encouraged to attend both sessions. Dinner and child care provided.
