Join Laura Gotlin, Certified Yoga Instructor and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Chef Danae, Owner of Thyme and Honey Kitchen, for a workshop designed to boost and support your immune system.

The workshop will consist of:

❇A gentle yoga practice to strengthen your immune system

❇A demo on how to make elderberry syrup

❇Learn about the various essential oils you can use to further support your immunity

❇Make 'n Take your own organic elderberry syrup in a mason jar

?Some Elderberry Background:

The black elderberry plant has been used since the fifth century AD, and it has been revered by both Native American and European herbalists throughout history for both immune and antioxidant support. Because of its immune-modulating and antioxidant properties, Black Elderberry is able to work at the cellular level and provide deep support for overall immune health.

***This workshop is open to all levels. Bring a mat or borrow one. Registration is required to attend.
