iMentor: 11th Grade Mentor Training

Are you a mentor for a 11th grade student? Whether you're newly matched or have been with your mentee for a year or more, join us for a 11th grade training session lead by NYC Program Managers. What to expect:

• Share and learn best practices to build a more independent and sustainable relationship with your mentee 

• How to start the conversation around the importance of college

• Learn strategies and best practices around supporting your mentee as he/she uses fit factors to build their college list

• Soft skills needed for college success

• Alternative Pathways
