How Culture Threatens Agile
The 7 Deadly Dysfunctions of Organizations and How to Fix Them

While most software organizations today have proclaimed that they have embraced Agile, the truth is that true agile adoption and practice is often hindered by arguably the most powerful force that exists within an organization – its culture!

Discover the 7 cultural dysfunctions found in most organizations that threaten agile implementation and learn troubleshooting techniques to effectively eliminate them.

Whether your role is a business analyst, business systems analyst, product owner or scrum master, you will greatly benefit from understanding how the culture of your organization can negatively impact your agile methodology and day-to-day practices. You will also learn specific, tangible solutions you can implement to ensure your team stays on the track to success.

Key Point: In order to deliver projects successfully, Business Analysts on Agile teams need to be aware of how organizational culture can clash with agile philosophy and practice so that they can be better prepared to overcome dysfunctional aspects of their culture’s powerful invisible influence on their team.
