IHS Band & Orchestra Registration 2020-2021

Welcome to the IHS Band & Orchestra Registration page for the 2020-2021 school year. Please read the following critical instructions before registering:

• ***NEW*** MANDATORY BAND CAMP PARENT MEETING
  • Friday August 14th, 2020 @ 6:00 PM
  • In conjunction with performances by the IHS Marching Band and free BBQ.
  • All students and at least 1 parent must attend. Additional family is welcome to join us. 
  • Band and orchestra only students are required to attend as well.
• All students must be registered! This includes returning students, and each sibling must be registered separately. 
  THIS REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS TO BE ABLE TO PERFORM. THIS REGISTRATION WILL BE USED TO CREATE CONTACT LISTS FOR COMMUNICATING UPCOMING PERFORMANCE REMINDERS. 


• BAND ONLY STUDENTS - Please register as normal and list "N/A" for your marching section. The suggested donation is the same


• MARCHING BAND ONLY STUDENTS - Please register as normal and list "N/A" for your concert section


• COLOR GUARD ONLY STUDENTS - Please register as normal and list "N/A" for your concert section and "Color Guard" for your marching section. 


• In addition to completing this registration, all students will need to pick up and turn in a Field Trip Form at band camp.

• This website is set up to accept credit card payments. If you prefer to pay by check, please select the suggested donation ticket option and use the coupon code "check" when checking out, this will reduce the price to $0. Please make checks payable to "IHS Band". *Note - THERE IS NO DISCOUNT IF YOU PAY BY CHECK


• If your employer provides matching donations, you MUST pay by check in order for the music department to receive your matching donation. Due to district policies, you will need to make your check payable to "IHS Viking Music Boosters" instead of the school.
