This course is intended for the MTA Business Service Center employees ONLY.
The Identity Access Management System (IAMS) is a recently launched program for NYCT, MTACC, MTA Bus, B&T and LIRR. The IAMS Workflow System will launch shortly for MNR, MTA HQ, and BSC.
IAMS allows hiring managers to request the basic IT resources a new hire needs to do their job (e.g. computer, phone, email, and share drive), and have these tools set up prior to the new hire’s first day of work.
Prior to registering for the course, all employees must get approval from their direct supervisor.
