We are here to help motivate, heal and generate positive energy. Dance delivers peace of mind to the community. We're not here just to dance, but to educate, show love, patience, self confidence, trust and communication. This is a Healing process and Dance is our medicine. Kukuwa®African Dances will help transform the body.

The class is a blend of African music meshed with energetic vibes and body isolations.

In this class participants learn how to move their Boombsey's, Core Abs, Arms, Legs and Hips in ways  they didn't know existed. This total body workout burns up to 1000 calories in 60-minutes. Take an educational journey to Africa with us.
This dance workout will add flavor to your workout, nourish the mind, body, heart, spirit and soul.
It's open to all fitness levels and is family oriented.
Kukuwa® gives participants an activity of fun-filled movements to get energized and embrace the African culture.
The time flies when you're having fun; and before you know it. It's over.
Drop in fee: $15/$10 with a student I.D,  $5 if their children are enrolled in classes
