Hudson Valley Yoga Retreat with Paige and Giancarla

We will be returning to Lifebridge Sanctuary, a serene retreat center in the Hudson Valley this summer! Give yourself a weekend to indulge in nature, refresh your mind, and rejuvenate your body. Enjoy daily yoga, meditation, ball-therapy, hiking, mountain views and seriously delicious gourmet ayurvedic food.
All that, and still back in time for Monday.
This retreat is suitable for all level of yoga practioners. Both experienced and beginner yogis are welcome. All activities are optional and you are encouraged to follow your heart’s fancy at all times. There will be time during the retreat to enjoy hiking, local swimming holes, a book on the porch, time with a journal, and dare I say perhaps a sun-kissed nap. Oh, and have we mentioned the food. It’s gonna be AHHH-MAZING…healthy never felt (or tasted) so good!
