Hope Gathering 2019

Help 4 Families is holding their 9th Annual Conference. Help 4 Families was founded 16 years ago to minister to families and loved ones who identify as transgender. This conference is for families of loved ones who struggle with thier God given gender and sexuality. Testimonies will be a part of the day.

Key Note Speakers include:

Peter Sprigg Senior Fellow, Family Research Center, Washington, D.C. As Senior Fellow at FRC, Mr. Sprigg offers research and writings that address issues of marriage, family & human sexuality in public life.

David Pickup has spoken on reparative therapy and its practical appliations for therapeutic, religious and political entities across the globe. He has appeard on numerous radio and TV news shows to discus sexual orientation chnge effords, and has spoken on reparative therapy to religous groups.

Sherry Holt prayed, "God, how did i get here and how can I get out," as she found herself in a lesbian lifestyle. Her testimony is how God answered those quesitons. She is the co-faciliator in "Journey to Freedom," a group established for women who seek freedom from unwatned same sex attraction.

Denise Shick is the Fouinder and Executive Director of Help 4 Families ministry. She is the author of My Daddy's Secret and several books that discuss the transgender world for family members, and their loved ones.  Denise works dilegently with church leaders to bring an understanding of the emotional and spiritual confusion that people face when a loved one faces gender issues.

Dr. James Reeves, DD Pastor, City on a Hill, Dr. Reeves has been senior pastor since 1984. His passion is to see broken lives changed and people restored. For that reason, COH sees itself as a refuge for hurting people. James recieved his B.A. in Greek from Baylor Univeristy and his MDIV and DMIN degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He speaks at seminars and menotors other seeking to make thier church a hospital for the wounded.

The closet airport is DFW (Dallas Fort Worth). However, DAL (Dalls Love Field) is only 10 minutes further out

Enjoy fellowship and lunch at the conference venue! Please choose a sandiwch meal below. 

If you do not wish for a lunch, please notify us by emailing help4families2004@yahoo and we will deduct $10.00 from your registration fee. If you need a gluten free diet, please email us at help4families2004@yahoo.com and we will make the neccessary arrangments.

All attendees are expected to sign a code of conduct form upon arrival.
