The Hometown Experience Meet & Greet - Augusta, GA

Each Hometown Experience includes one (1) MEET & GREET PASS, one (1) limited edition Josh Turner poster and a 10% discount towards concert merchandise day of show.  This experience is non-transferable and is applicable for the AFTER-SHOW MEET & GREET exclusively. A concert ticket MUST be purchased separately and in advance through the venue’s ticketing site or box office. 

Please review the important details below:  

• You MUST go to the merchandise table upon entering the venue - you will show your Hometown Experience pass there and receive your VIP wristband and poster. Immediately following Josh’s show, please proceed to his merchandise table where a representative will meet you and escort you to the Meet & Greet location.

• Your HOMETOWN EXPERIENCE pass will be emailed to you directly from Eventbrite.  If you do not receive the email, you must contact Eventbrite at least 24 hours in advance of the concert and request that THE HOMETOWN EXPERIENCE confirmation email be resent.  Before contacting Eventbrite, please check your spam folder; emails will sometimes mistakenly get flagged as junk.

• Print a copy of your HOMETOWN EXPERIENCE pass OR have it available on your smartphone screen when you enter the Meet & Greet. The Tour Manager will scan the QR code on your pass. You MUST arrive with a paper or digital copy of your Meet & Greet pass -  NO EXCEPTIONS.

IMPORTANT

** There will be no one available on-site at the venue to assist with lost emails or malfunctioning passes on the day of show. It is highly recommended that you download and/or screenshot your pass and QR code in advance of arriving at the venue. You MUST arrive with a paper or digital copy of your pass – NO EXCEPTIONS.  No refunds. You MUST check-in at the merchandise table prior to the show starting to receive the VIP Hometown Experience Wristband. 

** Concert tickets must be purchased in advance from the venue BEFORE purchasing THE HOMETOWN EXPERIENCE pass. You must have a confirmed concert ticket to enter the venue, attend the concert, and participate in the after-show Meet & Greet experience. THE HOMETOWN EXPERIENCE pass does NOT grant you access to the venue or the concert. THE HOMETOWN EXPERIENCE pass is valid only with the purchase of a concert ticket - NO EXCEPTIONS.  

FAQs

Does this pass grant me access into the venue?

No. This is only valid for the after-show Meet & Greet. In order to participate you MUST purchase a concert ticket from the venue's ticketing site or box office - NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Is there a minimum age requirement to participate in The HOMETOWN EXPERIENCE?

All fans are welcome to attend the Meet & Greet; however, any minor under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. This adult must also purchase a pass.

What's the refund policy?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You must either bring your printed copy of your ticket OR have it saved on your smart-phone. 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

We understand plans change, so if you need to assign your pass to another member in your party, you may.
