Homebuyer Education

Our classes are designed to guide you from the initial stages of buying a home all the way to managing household finances and maintaining good credit. In addition to the class, you'll receive a comprehensive reference book, a certificate that all banks recommend (and some require) for first-time mortgage holders, unlimited one-on-one counseling, and a free credit report analysis. Regardless of where you live or where you would like to buy, this class can help take the guess-work out of the process and prepare you to be a successful homeowner.

Please note: Classes are limited to 30-40 participants, depending on the venue, and Homebuyer Education completion certificates are valid for one year from the date that you complete the class. If you do not expect to purchase your home within 12 months of the selected date, please consider attending our Homebuyer & Homeowner Orientation, contacting us for one-on-one counseling, or choosing a date closer to your purchase.
