Homebuyer Education ***FREE***

Would you like to learn more about the details of home buying and mortgage process without solicitation or a sales pitch?  Look no farther.  Sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) to help homebuyers learn how to purchase and maintain a home. Find out how you can qualify for up to $25,000 in down payment assistance. This class is free to the public and taught by licensed professionals. Each person completing the seminar will receive the required down payment assistance certificate that is valid for 2 years, but you must remain the entire time to receive certificate.
