Hello, Partner! The Homebuyer Assistance Program (HAP) is now conducting free courses on the HAP process. Please join us! 

Our monthly, hour-long class will cover the three basic phases of the process, with specifics on:

1. Application - *New requirements related to Hurricane Harvey disaster recovery efforts
2. Property Review & Underwriting
3. Final Approval

* Seating is limited. This class is only for real estate professionals and is not for applicants. 

Free parking is available at 2109 Travis, in the lot next to the Enterprise Car Rental. Do not park in reserved spaces.

Check-in with the receptionist upon arrival. The class will be held in room 926.
