Yes, if you purchased a ticket for the FUTURE Conference, we will automatically convert your ticket to the virtual conference and refund you the difference of what you paid and our new virtual ticket prices.

What should I do if I made hotel reservations? If you made hotel reservations in the Aloft Chicago Magnificent Mile hotel block, you should receive a full refund for your booking.
