Holocaust Center for Humanity

We invite you to tour the Henry and Sandra Friedman Holocaust Center for Humanity, a museum and educational center dedicated to connecting the lessons of the Holocaust to our world today. Through stories and artifacts of local Holocaust survivors, the museum's core exhibit engages visitors in the history of the Holocaust and challenges them to consider how each person's actions make a difference. 

Admission:

Adults: $10 suggested admission
Students and Seniors: $5 suggested admission

**Admission to the museum will be free on Thursday, May 2nd in commemoration of Yom Hoshoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day)

Tickets are for morning (10am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-4pm) visits. 

All bags are subject to search, and weapons of any type are strictly not allowed in the museum, including guns, knives (even pocket knives), and pepper spray.

Due to limited capacity and security concerns, advance reservations are required.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Holocaust Center for Humanity is located on the corner of 2nd Ave and Lenora St.

Street parking is available, but be advised that the 2-hour limit is strictly enforced.

Paid Parking Lots:

• 3rd Ave & Stewart, between 2nd and 3rd. This is a large lot, about 2 blocks from the Holocaust Center. 
• Tower 12 Apartments building has a small public parking garage on our block - access through an alley off of Lenora St. west of 2nd Ave.

Public Transit (You can find schedules, maps, and a trip planner on the King County Metro Transit website.)

• Nearby stops: 2nd Ave & Lenora St bus stop (on our block), 3rd Ave & Virginia St bus stop (one block away), Westlake Link Light Rail Station (five blocks away, on Pine St between 3rd & 4th Aves).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Printed tickets are not required. As long as you've registered online or via phone we can access your reservation at the front desk.
