Hitmakers @ The Factory Benefitting Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

A special evening with three of the most accomplished songwriters anywhere, of any genre. Rarely is there such a collection of talent on one stage, even in Middle Tennessee!

And there's good reason these amazing entertainers have come together: to support Abbie Hammett as she raises as much money as she possibly can in her 'Woman of the Year' campaign for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. All proceeds from the event will go directly to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

There will be plenty of food and drink thanks to great supporters including Athen's Distributing Company, Scout's Pub and Mapco. Cocktails and drinks will be served starting at 6:00pm, and the performances will begin at 7:30pm, after the buffet dinner. We expect the event to end at approximately 9:30pm.

I am honored to have been recently nominated as a 2019 Woman of the Year candidate for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This cause hits close to home for my children, Carter and Claire, and me. My late husband, Chuck, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in July 2007. Sadly Chuck ultimately lost his fight with AML on June 29, 2010. I am asking for your support of LLS's mission in its efforts to find cures for blood cancers and to assist patients and their families as they battle this disease.

Our team, Hendry's Heroes, is working to raise as much money as possible from Feb. 11 to April 27. Every dollar we raise counts as one vote for ME as a candidate for Woman of the Year 2019. The candidate whose team tallies the most votes earns the prestigious title of "Man or Woman of the Year".  My goal is to raise $100,000 which will go directly to LLS in support of its mission to find cures and ensure patients access to treatments.
