Cherie Silberman is an employment law attorney with Constangy, Brooks, Smith and Prophete, LLP.  Her practice is solely focused on employment law, representing employers only.  Cherie has defended medical practices and hospital systems against wage and hour actions, discrimination, harassment, and various other employment law claims.  She also represents clients before numerous government administrative agencies such the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Department of Labor.  However, Cherie most enjoys working with employers to avoid lawsuits by providing risk management advice, management training, and reviewing and revising employment policies.   She has been recognized as a Florida "Super Lawyer" in 2018 and 2019 and was previously awarded the Super Lawyers "Rising Star" recognition in the area of Employment Litigation four years in a row.
