Hilly Hiking Options at Hills and Dales - SOCIAL DISTANCE

Bring a chair, snack and beverage for after hike cool down time if you like.

Minimum 6-10 feet spacing between hikers before, during and after hiking. This is for everyone s safety and to help keep the parks open.

Don t come if you have any signs of illness. Stay isolated until you know what is going on with that.

There is a nice trail running between two kind of big hills at Hills and Dales beginning and ending at the Paw Paw Pavilion.
Will be passing by the parking lot after each loop.
Three loops, both hills three times each - 5.25 miles
Two loops, both hills two times each - 3.5 miles
One loop, both hills one time each - 1.75 miles
Averaging around 3.5 - 3.75 mph.
AT THIS PACE THIS IS A STRENUOUS HIKE.
No dogs on this hike.
No guests on this hike.
