Evening lecture $20.
We are very excited to be hosting Nathaniel at Pathways to Inner Healing, hoping the first of many visits from him...
Learn about the basic theories that govern Chinese herbal medicine, and how they are applied to herbal medicine-making. The class will cover basic theories, such as yin/yang theory and the classification of herbs. These concepts will then be applied to the subject of herbal pain relief in an exploration of various preparations used to treat different kinds of pain. Many herbs will be discussed, with a focus on those likely to be known by residents of the area, such as wild weeds, common garden plants, and vegetable remedies.
