Thursday, April 26th at 7:00 p.m.: Helpful Strategies for Parenting the Emotionally Intense Child with Dr. Moshe Shtuhl, Ph.D.

When intuitive parenting of the emotionally intense or explosive child does not bear fruit, it is wise to pause and try something new. This workshop will describe the underlying reasons that emotionally intense children have difficulty going with the flow of daily life and the resulting frequent temper tantrums, refusal, conflict and aggression. In addition, specific strategies to support better emotional and behavioral control for a calmer child and family will be discussed.
