Join Mulysa Mayhem in a live online class where she will be answering questions about Hekate. “Gorgo, Mormo, Moon of a thousand forms, cast a propitious eye on our sacrifice…”. Shrouded in mystery and reigning as Queen of Phantoms and of the Dead, Hekate has both fascinated and frightened human beings for approximately 3000 years. Linked to such characters as the raging Furies, the child-murdering Medea, and the spiteful sorceress Circe, Hekate has also piqued the interest and imagination of such notable writers like Shakespeare and Aleister Crowley who both knew of her potent powers of magick and sovereignty over the realms of death and transformation. Queen of the Witches, Propylaia, Enodia, Cthonia, Trevia, Kleidouchous, Diana Lucifera, and many more are Her names. Are you confident enough to peek behind Her dark veil and see the many manifestations of this multi-faceted and controversial Goddess? Surely the face that stares back is not that of a sterile old crone.
