This class is designed for anyone new to yoga. Beginners will be guided through basic vinyasa style sequences (Non-heated room).

* We have water available but no cups please bring your own bottle.
** Bring your own mata or rent ours. Available to rent for $2.
***Free Parking available on the street or in shopping center. Entrance is on 3rd st.

***I will be in the studio 10 min before class. Send me a private message if you are coming I can give you a free pass for the first class.
