Heart & Yoni Bloom

Heart and Yoni Bloom with Raquel of Community Partera. This workshop focuses on heart and sacral chakra alignment to help us help us meet any pain or trauma with more love and compassion. With the aid of plant medicine, vibrational healing, and meditation, participants will begin with a Vaginal / Genital Steaming. There will be a uterine meditation and vibrational healing circle focused on heart and sacral energy centers.

Here is bit more about this healing modality: Vaginal/Genital Steaming is a traditional healing modality that uses the steam from gently boiled herbs in water to treat various gynecological conditions and support the uterus to obtain optimal alignment throughout its various phases. Whether you are wanting pain free periods, to increase your fertility, smell nice, tone up after giving birth, release trauma or ease into menopause, vaginal steaming can support you to maintain optimum uterine health. Experience vaginal steaming in a safe and intimate environment where you will be guided through a 10-15min vaginal steam session and uterine meditation. Each participant will be gifted their own steam pot, vaginal / genital steam herbs, and crystals to help them in their journey. The evening culminates with a vibrational healing circle and collective Love Limpia led by Reina Prado of Helaing Queen.

The Vibrational Healing Circle and collective Love Limpia is a personal journey that allows you to meet a potent moment that may have caused great trauma or pain in your life and could have manifested as pain in your body, whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual bodies. Tuning forks and other vibrational tools are used through the guided meditation. Afterwards, most feel a lightness of being and gain greater compassion for the moment that may have consciously or unconsciously created limiting beliefs around love, self-worth, trust, and being whole.

Bio: Raquel Lemus is a Licensed Midwife based in Los Angeles who has worked with families since she was 16 yrs old and has been a birthworker and uterine health specialist since 2012. Raquel serves the LA community as a Full Spectrum Midwife, Peristeam Hydrotherapist, Placenta Specialist, Yoga Instructor, and Educator. It is her goal to connect people back to the known wisdom and intelligence of their uterus in order help them experience more joy and alignment with their life purpose!
