Hearing Voices

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Ingalls Behavioral Heath has partnered with our friends from

Sertoma Centre to host this Hearing Voices Experential Workshop. 

Hearing Voices is an experiential workshop that provides a unique opportunity for participants to learn about auditory hallucinations through a simulation in which they hear voices while progressing through sample daily experiences. The workshop provides an examination of illnesses that cause hallucinations.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Identify the signs and symptoms of Schizophrenia

• Dispel myths about Schizophrenia

• Identify Illnesses associated with Schizophrenia

8:30am: Registration & Continental breakfast will be provided.

9:00am-11:00am  Workshop 

2 CEU's will be provided for licensed social workers and licensed counselors. (Please bring your license number) 

Certificates of attendance will be provided to ALL attendees.
