February is American Heart Month. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the United States;

On Wednesday February 21,2018 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm the Northwell - Southside Hospital Food & Nutrition Department along with the Community Ambulance Company will be hosting a free to the public Healthy Cooking Demonstration & Nutrition Information session.  

A Professional Chef & Registered Dietitian will be at the Community Ambulance kitchen located on the 2nd Floor at 420 Lakeland Avenue in Sayville to provide the cooking demonstration.  Free food samples & Recipes To Be Provided.
