Healthcare Directive Workshop

Each one of us will reach the end of life.  Does your family know your wishes?  Perhaps you have a DNR, but is this really enough?  Please join us on Tuesday, September 25th, at 7:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church, 8700 Old Cedar Avenue.  Pastor Melanie Lichtenberg will share information based on her "Heading Home Ministries".  She will explain the importance of a Healthcare Directive; why you should have one and where to find resources for completion.  She will also explain the difference between palliative care and hospice care as well as a Q and A session.  There is no cost to attend and refreshments will be served.  Everyone is welcome!
