Health & Wellness Pop Up Location Hosted by Humana

Health and well-being company Humana Inc. will host a series of free community events starting in March at Pearlridge Center Mauka to educate Honolulu area residents on health and wellness.
The Humana pop-up location will offer free health and wellness classes that are open to anyone in the community, such as healthy snack and smoothie demonstrations, crafting classes, diabetes and nutrition education, and SilverSneakers® Fitness Program demonstrations. Customer service representatives will also be available to answer questions on Humana health plans.
The events are free and open to the public. The pop-up location will be at Pearlridge Center Mauka twice in March (March 7-9 and March 14-16) and the second weekend of the month April through September (April 11-13, May 9-11, June 13-15, July 11-13, Aug. 8-10, and Sept. 12-14) from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on all dates.
