Healing Light: Color Meditation Circle will return.
Learn how to set good intentions and bring healing into your life.

Meditation doesn’t have to be long hours of sitting in pose. In
just 5 minutes, you can practice using light and color to direct
healing to a situation, a person or for yourself. During this
session, you will be guided in a meditation using colors to focus
healing.

Every Monday 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Walk-ins welcomed. Beginners are welcome.

This weekly meeting will be facilitated by Carol Montoya.

Carol gave up the corporate world over 17 years ago to devote her life to helping humanity heal. Her work since then has been in serving the spiritual seeker and healing the soul. Carol does this through creative arts, astrology and teaching.
